I’m currently reading the well-written, candid, and comprehensive account of Jimmy Carter’s presidency by his domestic policy advisor, Stuart E. Eizenstat. I think the book should be required reading for anyone running for president as it is instructive on mistakes to avoid. I will write a full review of the book when I’ve finished reading it.
